What is this course about?

Biometric Devices are employed for the highest level of security as they involve the scanning of biological organs like eyes, fingers, etc. These devices have a scanner, which will identify the pattern of the organ and a processing unit, which compares them with pre stored values for allowing access. In this project you will build a finger print based Biometric Authentication system using Arduino development board which can allow or deny access.

By building this project, you will practically work with biometric sensors (finger print scanners), storing of biometric patterns, Arduino and LCD display. You will also have hands-on sessions on Arduino programming in this project.
